What is the Sacred Intimacy training?
This year-long training is open to those who desire a thorough, philosophically grounded, well supervised Sacred Intimate training. The training will primarily focus on learning and applying Tantric principles and practices, and somatic skills for yourself and for your clients.
We define Sacred Intimacy as a conscious path honoring the erotic in the body, mind, emotions and spirit. Tantra is a set of principles and practices that promote conscious embodied transformation. The combination of Tantra and Sacred Intimacy is a potent modality in working with self and clients. In this approach to Sacred Intimacy, all aspects of the self are welcome; which includes touch, dialogue, feelings, sensuality and sexuality to be negotiated, explored and honored.
Perhaps you have been working with clients already and want to take your work to a deeper level? Perhaps you desire more supervision, community and support around becoming a Sacred Intimate. Learning from and being mentored by long-time Sacred Intimates will offer you an opportunity to assess both practitioner and client needs in sessions. The course will include a week of working with clients in a residential setting while receiving ongoing supervision and support.
This training is open to those who feel called to the work of Sacred Intimacy.
The facilitators are a group of skilled Sacred Intimates, with a vast diversity of training and experience. We are grounded in Tantric principles and practices taught to us by Swami Ravi Rudra Bhairavi, formally known as Rudolph Ballentine, MD.
Prerequisites
- Completion of at least one Tantra workshop with Jay, Alex, Mark, or Lizz, or equivalent OR Completed or commit to doing intensive one-on-one Tantra study with one of these teachers
- Minimum of six Sacred Intimate sessions as a client
- Completion of an experiential erotic workshop

Location: Seattle, Washington. Course time will run from 9am to 7pm on most days. Tuition includes some meals. This training is non residential.
Accessibility: We are committed to making this training accessible to all bodies, and we recognize that every body has different needs for hearing, mobility, environmental sensitivity, and so on. Please let us know your particular needs and we will do our best to work with you.
The venue has 5 cement stairs. We request all participants be scent-aware and do not wear scented products (we will provide further guidelines). We will work with individuals around any allergies and other body needs.
Limited to 12 students.
Tuition: $4,800; includes some meals. Payment plans and limited scholarship funds available. If interested in applying for a scholarship, please include a statement of need with your application. People of color and gender non-conforming folks will be prioritized for scholarships; other people needing financial assistance should still apply.
Once you are accepted into the training, to secure your spot, a non-refundable deposit of $500 is due.
